Our guests know well that my husband and I also take care of ourselves with Chinese medicine, such as Chinese meridian massage, Chinese foot massage, and the regular use of traditional folk fire sputum treatments.

We are very happy that on the occasion of Children's Day, several children tried the Chinese meridian massage.

This year you can join us at other events where you can still try this type of massage for FREE.

15 December. Meditation Day

There were seven of us, one of the main topics was the 7 chakras.

Essential oils we tested which chakra needed strengthening the most, then everyone could paint their own little chakra ornament to take home. Guests' chakras were also recharged through Reiki treatment.

There was also slow movement gymnastics and 2 guided meditations this afternoon. Inner cleansing, meeting the guardian angel, letting go and a tear or two of joy were shared during the meditations.

It was a very clever team!

In November we organised the 1st Meditation Day with my dear guests.

On a pleasant weekend afternoon, we sampled the following together:

- MOVEMENT: slow-moving gymnastics, balancing left and right sides, harmonising the upper body, exercises for sedentary workers.

- Scenting: we scented chakra essential oils, testing which chakras need support and energizing. We read and learned about supportive methods.

- TASTE: delicious crunchy snacks were also tasted

- DISCUSSION: during a shorter and a longer meditation, we went quiet, and at the end of the meditation, everyone could tell us what feelings they had released, what they had seen, how they had experienced the moments of meditation.

Next time: Sunday afternoon 15 December.

Due to the size of the room, the number of guests is limited,

October was no exception. On the occasion of the Career Orientation Day, the students of the Bolyai János Primary School and Elementary Art School in Debrecen visited us, to try the Chinese massage. The children are still so pure energetically, they were very skilful in feeling the types of grips and techniques that are key in this massage, typically they had a good laugh and could relax in it.

Autumn Family Day and Doggy Picnic on Liget Square

We are very happy that despite the cooler weather, many people visited our stand and tried the Chinese acupressure meridian massage for free. Individualised advice was also on offer for those interested.

Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this traditional two-day event. We had a great time, thank you "Together for the City Association Tokaj" and thank you Csontos Gábor and Csontosné Smied Krisztina also the invitation for next year.

We were delighted that, in addition to the adults, several children also tried the Chinese acupressure meridian massage for free and got a taste of Chinese foot reflexology. Both felt very good, according to both children and adults.
